2 Year Warranty

Your purchases at Totalbrass.de are protected by our 2-Year Totalbrass Guarantee. This means we extend the manufacturer’s warranty (usually 12 months) to a full 24 months for you – completely free of charge and without any extra effort on your part!

Warranty service

With the Totalbrass warranty, it is guaranteed during the 2-year warranty period that the products purchased from Totalbrass are free from manufacturing and material defects that impair or disable the functionality of the product. The warranty includes the free repair of all damages or defects that occur within the warranty period and are covered by the warranty. After inspection of the product by Totalbrass, the issue will be resolved either by replacement with an equivalent device or by repair. The replaced defective product or exchanged parts become the property of Totalbrass. Costs for materials, labor, and transport will be covered by Totalbrass only if the warranty claim is justified.

Warranty period

The warranty begins on the date of purchase of the product. The invoice date shall be used as the reference point. The warranty ends after an uninterrupted period of 2 years. Apart from that, the warranty period also ends if the (partial) purchase price is refunded. Warranty services provided do not extend the duration of the warranty period.

Warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, the original invoice must be presented. The defective product must be handed over or sent to Totalbrass. If the product is sent by post, the original packaging must be used. Return shipping costs will be covered by Totalbrass, provided the customer resides in Germany. The return of the product must be coordinated with us. We will either arrange a pickup or provide a return shipping label (only within Germany). Return shipping costs outside of Germany must be borne by the customer. Warranty services are only provided to customers who are considered consumers under § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Warranty exclusion

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, incorrect operation of the product, external influences such as transport damage, or repairs and modifications not carried out by Totalbrass or an authorized third party. Used goods are also excluded from the warranty, unless otherwise stated in the respective product description. Repairs must not be carried out by third parties. Also excluded are computer products and accessories, as well as items subject to wear and tear due to use or other causes. Defects caused by abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, or insufficient maintenance or care are not covered. Furthermore, defects resulting from the use of accessories, add-ons, or replacement parts that are not original components are excluded from this warranty.

General Terms

This warranty agreement conclusively governs the legal relationship between the purchaser and Totalbrass. Any further claims for damages are excluded, unless liability is mandated by law. This warranty is in addition to the statutory warranty rights against Totalbrass and/or any existing manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty applies to all purchases made on or after January 1, 2013.
